How can i make my Friends show up on messenger. they have disappeared?

dont know how but my friends were deleted. Still when some one shows up it says when they are online and not. When i go back to add them it says they are already on my friend list. What can i do to make them show up again.

could it be that you simply changed waht you are viewing on yahoo messenger friend's list. Near the top you will see the plus icon the two smileys and the folder icon make sure you click the 2 smiley's that will show your friends. If you click the folder icon that will show address book. Hope this helps.
