You are only able to enter One Chat room at a Time with Yahoo! Messenger, no matter what computer you are using. Good Luck to You.

See if you can find Multi-Messenger for Mac. I have windows multi-messenger which means I have 2 different Yahoo versions loaded and can enter 2 chat rooms at once using 2 different names.
