Yahoo Messenger 10: How do I fix Windows error so it won't close after starting up?
-
I installed and reinstalled this version several times. I did everything I could to clean Windows. Yet, every time I start Yahoo Messenger, it'd start up normally but then a message appears telling me that there's an error and Windows needs to close the program. Does anyone know where I should look to try to fix this problem?

Answer:
You need to be looking at your support software This is the software that runs Messenger but is not downloaded with it Unfortunately you do not give your OS so you will have to pick the heading that applies to you from this help page http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=answers&startover=y&y=PROD_MSNG_MSNG10&source=product.landing_search&question_box=messenger+crash
