Your request is impossible- sorry to say... they can enable the archives and they are smart enough- they will 1. take and copy and past into Word or wordpad or notepad 2 take a screenshot Ah-don't tell anyone that-LOL Idea: What you should do is just watch what you say when chatting and then they cannot use anything against you- the other thing you may want to do is set up aliases You can have 6 per account. change your name every time you chat and then they cant keep up with what you are saying- lol HOW TO CREATE ALIASES: Go to http://profiles.yahoo.com click on "View my profiles" "create new profile" Save (remember you can have 6) and you can create 1 extra email address hope this help ya -- I think it will!

if the person's chat history is enabled to save then you have no any option to stop him to save your conversation. good luck

You can't stop someone who you are IMng with from saving your conversations. When he opts to save it.(set his Preferences right)..ALL his IM conversations, including yours, is saved to his Message Arcive folder.
