How can I PERMANENTLY block someone from contacting me?

I have placed the same person on my ignore/block list several times. Somehow, they keep removing themselves from my block/ignore list, and messaging me. They are using the same screen name each time they contact me. Is there anything I can do to keep this guy from contacting me ever again? I've signed out and back in after blocking him to make sure that he stays on the block list and he does... until he somehow manages to remove himself and messages me again (I check the block list, and his name disappears). PLEASE help!

You dont want his name to disappear or be removed from your buddy list, right click on his name and go to stealth settings, put him on perminet ignore, then go to your privacy settings and hit, Only get IM's from people on your list
