How do I save my Messenger contact list?

I am trying to save my Yahoo! Messenger contact list to my computer so I can then import it to MSN Messenger. Otherwise I have to add all my contacts again. Does anyone know how to do this?

According to this Windows Live Messenger page (and it has to be that version, not the old MSN messenger) you have to add the yahoo contacts one by one with their email just like you would anyone in Windows Live Messenger.
