When in chat rooms I have a different name?

I'm afraid sometimes to accept new friends on my messenger list. Will they see my original sign in name if I do accept their request? Help someone, please.

Answer:
Before accepting their Add Request, make sure it is your Alias ID, not your sign in name. If your original name appears, merely decline the request. That's why Yahoo! allows 5 extra alias names under your original ID. Best of Luck to You.
