Why can't I change anymore my picture on yahoo messenger?

I can't change my display image in Yahoo messsenger?

  • I'm using Vista Home and Yahoo Messenger 11. Previously I can change my display image using Vista Home and Yahoo Messenger 11. But suddenly for unknown reasons, I cant change my display pictures. I've selected a pic in my computer and then click share my picture. The picture is showing my selected pic and then click ok. But the display image wont change even though I've deleted my previous image

    This also happened to me. To resolve the issue I cleared the Yahoo Messenger Cache. Here is the link telling you how to do this: http://help.yahoo.com/kb/index?page=cont%E2%80%A6 I recommend that you print out the instructions unless you are a computer geek. You may lose your current settings in YM but you should not lose your contacts or archives.
