How to block messenger id on yahoo?

i want to block my yahoo id so please help me and suggest me how to block id.

TO BLOCK SOMEONE IN YAHOO MESSENGER: Right click on his name in the Messenger Window and then click on "Delete". (Make a note of the person's ID). Then add him to your "Ignore List" as follows: Click on "Messenger" in the top left hand corner. Click on "Preferences". Click on "Ignore List". Click on "Ignore only the People Below". Add the person in the white box and click on "Add". Click on "Apply" followed by "OK". TO BLOCK SOMEONE IN MAIL CHAT Go to "Options" >Click on "More Options">Click on "Spam". Under "Blocked Chat ID's">choose one of the options given. Either "Block chat messages from anyone who is not in my Contacts" or "Block chat messages only from the people listed below:". If you use this option add the person in the box. Click on "Save Changes" at the top.
