How can I use different language with Yahoo messenger?

Is there an english version of yahoo messenger for EU?

Its very strange to see no english version for EU customers - to access an english version they should either use the US or UK& IRELAND versions of yahoo messenger where we cannot pay our phoneout bills in EUROS.As there are so many foreigners residing and doing business (asians,americans,etc) in europe who are fluent in english and have a feeble hold in the eu languages (french,german,etc).So these people have to risk their credit card while paying their phoneout bills in euros reading the proceedures in an european language. Will yahoo see to it??????

It appears that Yahoo! only offers the Phone Out service in the local currency of the given countries they have launched in. The language for the client is also in the local language.
