How do I change my YouTube display picture?

I try to change my display picture, I can select picture, when I click ok, It dont change my picture.?

    Try setting it to no picture, click OK, then go back and try to set it to a picture. If that still doesn't work, you can send a message to Yahoo! Customer care: http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/messenger/cgi_messenger7_5 You can click "Customize" next to the avatar to see your avatar, but that shouldn't affect your display image at all.
