On Yahoo, how can you add people as a friend?

I have no friends to add to friend list how do i meet people on line to be my friend on yahoo?

    get Instant Messenger of Yahoo. download it and run the program. once you have the messenger, log in with your ID and enter into chat rooms "Messenger > Yahoo Chat > Join a Room : choose the category of the room you want to enter.

you can sign up some chat forums or some website where you can find friends like tagged, or facebook there are lots of them just search and you will find dozens and after you sign up and someone contact you and you find them nice and friendly then give them your email address to contact but be sure the person you are giving your email address is to be trusted or not. take care have fun

Don't. I have 0. It does not matter you should be so self conscious that you need "friends" (which are fake) on every website. I do this because it's fun and to help people.
