Why won't the tabs move on my yahoo?

Compac Presario SR1303WM won't give me the "old" yahoo toolbar. how can I remove the bottmpart of the yahoobar

HOW CAN I GET MY OLD YAHOO TOOLBAR BACK I REALLY DON'T LIKE SO MUCH SPACE REMOVED ON MY WINDOW.HOW DO I GET MY OLD YAHOO TOOLBAR.WHEN I DID A SYSTEM RECOVERY,I COULD NOT GET THE FORMER...ONLY THESE "TABS"ONTHEIR SEPARATE LINE,WHICH DON'T WANT TO MOVE OR BE REMOVED.THE ANWER IS PROBABLY RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME THANK YOU IN ADVANCE ! !I USE CAPS ALOT BECAUSE OF MY ARTHRITIS-SORRY
