How do I delete the custom text I added to my "status message" feature on Yahoo Messenger?
-
For instance: I added a new status message, "Watching the Oscars", and no longer need this selection. How can I remove it from the drop down list?
-
Answer:
Short of directly editing the registry you can't selectively DELETE any of those 5. But as you add new ones the old ones get pushed out anyway - though it's hard to know in what order! (There is a neat little program called "HyperYM" that DOES let you directly edit/delete/select your various status messages - it's made by a guy in Romania(!), and I do recommend it IF you are really keen !) ;-)
