My display image wont appear, im using YM for mac 3.0 version. Can someone help?

Ok, so I've tried to change the pic on preferences panel, take a webcam snapshot, resize the pic, and every other way i can think of... It wont appear, when i change it and close the preferences panel no one can see the pic, if i go back the preferences panel displays it in gray, I've asked my contacts if they can see it and they can't , ive erased YM, downloaded it again and it still wont work-----

Your Yahoo IM client is not broken. The problem is Yahoo's server side, it is not accepting custom Display Images from Mac users for the past week.
