Remove yahoo messenger id related files?

I use yahoo messenger at work but i am not allowed to. how can i remove all tracks made by ymessenger from my work station as i know it mades for every new id that logs in new folders on pc (at profile, history, even in registry). i used search to delete all folders related to the id i have. also i went to regedit and searched the id and delete it.. is this enought? iam sure ymess still have something in my work station that will get me fired :) thanks
