When i go to room i have a problem to public chat?

When i go in to chat it wont let me in the room. I click on the site in messenger and then it says page error,

  • i open yahoo messenger, i go to chat,i click on it, then it says join room , i go to music, click on it, it will put me in the room, then it says i have to varify chat, to prove i am a real person but it says error has accured and wont let me in the room, the box never comes up for me to sign in to chat. and it says error 999 , how do i fix this problem and what makes it do this, i pushed the refresh button like it says to do but it does nothing. how do i clear this up and allow me to chat

Actually it's probably not a problem with your computer it's more than likely a problem with the messenger chat. It has never worked correctly for me, however the old chat did! Chalk it up to just another Yahoo glitch.
