How do I stop my computer from logging me off everytime I log on?

My computer keeps logging off on the user log on screen.?

  • Just right now, I had a Virus called Sdra64.exe. I searched online for ways to delete it and I did. After deleting the virus, my computer won't stop starting up on safe mode, making me have no choice but to enter the log in screen. I'm guessing I didn't fully delete it. Does anyone have a solution to this? Logically speaking, there's no possible way to stop this. So I'm screwed am I not..?

  • Answer:

You have 2 choices: Hold down the F8 key when you start up the computer ( on some computers hold down the Control key). You will see a menu on the screen that lets you choose from different options. Safe Mode is a diagnostic tool that lets you troubleshoot whatever is ailing Windows. You can now go into Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel and remove the troublemaker. Or... do a System Restore. Click on Start ( at the very bottom left of the computer screen> choose All Programs>choose Accessories>choose System Tools> choose System Restore. CHoose a date before you had the virus. When everything was fine. The virus will be gone.
