Why can't I view webcams on Yahoo! Messenger?

Everytime I want to view a webcam, I get an error message that I am unable to view webcams because it seems I am behind a firewall. I turn off my firewall and my Windows XP firewall, and I still get the same error message when I attempt to view a webcam again. Can someone help me to view webcams?

I get the same message too. I have tried to disable my firewall and still I get the same message. I have even tried to change my Messenger connection as "no proxies", but after that I couldn't even sign back in! So I had to change it back to "firewall w/ no proxies" I would love to know if anyone has any answers too!!
