I'm having problems with Yahoo mobile version?

Why doesn't Yahoo have their own technicians to answer our technical problems with their service?

I cannot access any Yahoo account. I have tried all their suggestions with no success. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it with no results. Why is Yahoo having this problem? Is it their new version that is causing the problems? Can anyone help me get my Yahoo Mail and IM accounts back? I use this account for business. Desperate for Help.
