Why doesn't my MSN Messenger work?

My webcam doesnt work on yahoo messenger but it works on my msn.. HELP!?

YAHOO MESSENGER WEBCAM PROBLEMS? This yahoo help page may help you. >> http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/messenger/messenger9/webcam/ Open this link in Internet Explorer since that is the only way you can test your webcam and get the latest Yahoo Messenger webcam control. Click Expand All to show all topics. Look under Installation and Setup first. Two of the topics have to do with testing your webcam, be sure to click those so you can get the latest Yahoo! webcam control. It is the 1st and the 6th topic under “Installation & Set Up.” There are also many other webcam help topics to check out. Good luck!
