How to download a yahoomessenger?

YahooMessenger for Mac - Can't Download!!?

Been trying to download Y!M for Macintosh on both Firefox and Safari, whenever I click the "Download Now" button, the page starts to load but no prompt or download ever actually happens. What should I do? My Mac has sufficient memory, well running internet speed & connection and is a 10.5.8, MacBook Pro

There is no way for you to fix it. You picked a bad time to download. Yahoo is working on the site. Do not install or uninstall any Yahoo programs. Yahoo knows about your problem. Thousands of users are reporting this same thing. It may take days or weeks but it will be fixed. Yahoo is working on the new Home Page redesign at the same time they are merging their Search features with Microsoft. It is not your computer or browser that is causing the problem.
