What has happened to the adult chatrooms on Yahoo?

  • For the past 10 days, I have been unable to access the adult chatrooms on Yahoo. Once one has entered the code for entering a room, one gets a message like "Communication Problems." I have tried contacting Yahoo, but i get back an automated response that has no relevance to the question posed. Are others having similar problems or is it just me and something that I'm doing incorrectly? I can get easy access into the general chatrooms on Yahoo. If Yahoo is shutting down the adult chatrooms, why don't they just announce it?

    I heard Yahoo may be closing some of the adult rooms but not all of them. They also may begin charging if MSN does buy them. If you notice, Married but looking, Gay, Lesbian...etc are all still open. But its still the wackos that keep getting Yahoo sued because of the chatrooms. Thats why we lost the user rooms to begin with awhile back. But as usual, Yahoo never announces anything officially....lol Cass
