How do you create a chat room/group?

When I click... MESSENGER >> YAHOO! CHAT there are three choices: **Join A Room **Create A Room **Favorite Rooms >> but I can't clik on "Create A Room". PLEASE HELP!

Answer:
Yahoo suspended this option due to legal cases in the USA. It was used by some people for sex solicitations.... HAVE A NICE DAY :-)
