MSN Messenger keeps crashing?

My yahoo messenger keeps crashing on my windows vista any advise how to fix it?

I have windows vista and my yahoo messenger keeps crashing on me. I have the newest version 9, I dont know what to do to prevent it. can anyone help please

See if Microsoft have posted any solutions in your control panel Start > Control Panel > Classic View > Problem reports and solutions. Download another browser and make it default during troubleshooting - avoid plug-ins and add-ons until Messenger has stabilised use the links on this page to help update software. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/messenger/messenger9/notices/mstabuguqscripterror.html After updating the software, check that you do not have any old versions of Flashplayer, Shockwaveplayer and Java running alongside the latest - this can cause conflicts Start / control panel / programs delete any old versions If you have any 3rd Party skinning programs disable them while you try and find the conflict. Any additional information you can give us about what triggers the crash ?
