  • I’m not sure what’s going on, but I need to know how to fix internet explorer. I’m getting error messages all the time, I’m not able to log on to the Internet, and I can’t do anything with it. I don’t know where I’m going wrong, so I need some help with it. Can anyone here help me get my Internet Explorer working again?

  • Answer:

You haven’t said anything specific about your problems with your Internet Explorer, so it’s impossible to give you a specific answer. There could be a great number of reasons your Internet Explorer isn’t working. Let’s try to rule out all the possibilities. The first thing you should check is your modem and if you have one, your router. Most of the time, Internet connection issues are due to one, the other or both of these needing to be reset. For both of them, just unplug them, wait for about 15 seconds and plug it back in. That should rule out that possibility. If it doesn’t work, your computer probably has some errors in the registry. Basically, in this case, the central library of your operating files has become disordered or the files have become damaged. This will usually happen as a normal thing when your computer has been used a while, especially if you have uninstalled a few programs. That is, if you don’t do regular maintenance on your registry. To fix this, you’ll probably want to borrow someone’s computer. Go to this site: http://optimize-your-pc.com/regcure/repairing_errors.php and download the software on a removable media like a flash drive or burn it on a CD. Then, put this in your computer and install it. After you run this program, your problems should be over. You can prevent future problems from happening if you run it every few weeks. I hope this was helpful.
