How do you send messages with Yahoo messenger?

How do i fix this: "Yahoo! Messenger cannot send SMS messages to this mobile number: +61409269296"?

from the philippines, i wanted to send yahoo sms to someone in australia. but, yahoo sms cannot send to the given number. please help. thank you.

You need to check to see if the phone carrier that you are sending the SMS message to in Australia is on the list of phone carriers that Yahoo Australia is compatiable with.
