When i try to install latest version of yahoo messenger, it says me admin account is needed!?

i tried to install latest version of yahoo messenger, but it said me admin account is needed. i am admin of this computer and i dont know what the problem is.... i am using older version of messenger now and i cant use lots of features like photo sharing...

if it a family pc then most likely someone changed ur account so u cant downlaod or install or look and rude websites only way to fix it would be tog et the admin to put yahoo on it
