Why cant i send or recieve files?

I cant send or recieve any files?

• I cant send or recieve any files and i cant find any fixes in the Q&A I get this message: A problem occurred while transferring the file "ChromeShopIMG_5213.jpg". The transfer has been stopped. I have tried using PHOTOSHARE and the same thing happens, the pics show up as a thumbnail, but never load, just pixilated as if they are partially loaded. What gives?

If you use one browser all the time and have another one installed see if you can upload with it. Clear your browser's cache file because it can slow down performance enough to cause your browser to stop responding. Steps for doing this can be found in Yahoo! Check that you're not exceeding the allowable file size permitted for one email. For free Yahoo! Basic you can collectively send a file or group of files up to 10 MB per email. Yahoo! Plus allows larger transfers. Subscriptions Basic (free) and Plus (premium) should not be confused with formats Classic (original) and Beta (evolving). Make sure the photo files you are trying to send are closed, not viewable. Having them open makes them inaccessible.
