Why cant i use the links and buttons in IM?

Whenever i click envelop in tool bar or and links in IM they dont work ive reinstalled but still get the same and ive also tried turning off my security

I'm not sure what the problem is. Try re-installing again and be very careful in the process. Maybe you are making a mistake during the install process? If that doesn't work, try contacting Yahoo! or jsut forgetting it. Problems like that lead to loss of customers.
