What is wrong with my Yahoo Messenger 10?

People can't see what I'm typing since I got Yahoo messenger 10... Why!?

• Since I downloaded Yahoo Messenger 10, people just can't see what I'm typing. WTF? I tried to: a) use another account, b) reinstall Yahoo Messenger 10 c) uninstall Yahoo Messenger 10 and reinstall 9 d) enable scripting and whatnot in Internet Explorer e) Start > Run > regsvr32 jscript.dll & regsvr32 vbscript.dll but couldn't solve this problem. Please help!

  Appears you've done most of what you could to solve the problem. Did you enable Java also? One of you has a scripting problem. When you type a message and 'send' it, you should be able to read it in the upper conversation window. Likewise when you receive a message, it should be visible in the Conversation window. If this is the case the fault lies with your contact's computer. Email this to them You may have scripting disabled in your Internet Explorer. To enable scripting: Click "Tools" Click "Internet Options." Click "Security" tab. Click "Custom Level" button. Scroll down to "Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting"- enable Scroll down to "Scripting - Active scripting" - enable Scroll down to "Scripting of Java applets" - enable Click OK Click OK Restart Internet Explorer Still not working ?
