Why is Yahoo slow loading every morning?

I don't know, but seem when I use another PC I can use it, it can loading properly. it wont work in my work PC

• this is happened in my working PC a week before. in the morning I can still use it, then after lunch it start to have the error. it wont pop up (keep on loading). then when I tried in my house PC it can loading properly. it only happened in the office, I have tried the other PC and experienced the same thing. somehow, the IT here in my office blocked it. But why it only block the chat and I can still open the other yahoo site, or is there anything to do with the firewall?

  Employers do not like their employees using chat at work and after all, they are entitled to a full day's labor for a full day's pay. Your employer has put a firewall there to ensure that you are working and not chatting.
