Why cant i view another members web cam?

when i try to view a web cam from a person on my ym list it always says i am not connected. why is that and what can i do to prevent that?

Answer:
If your talking to someone and they invite you and you accept then you should see their web cam.You cant talk and you click web cam icon,they have to do it.Also could be you have your proxies set wrong in connection.Must be set "no proxies".
