Can you help me with instant messenger?

Im having problems with aol instant messenger...can anyone help??

well its not letting me sign on and im wondering if it has somethign to do with my security features...idk...can anyone help? ive tried deleting it then redownloading it but it wont let me sign on to any of my names!!

Sounds like you have corrupt files. You need to uninstall the entire download. Go to control panel (do this first and located in your start menu.) Go into add/remove software and check to see if the program is still there. If it is click on remove. Then go into Search files and type AOL messenger to see if there is anything left in your system. Then run disk clean-up. Turn off your computer for at least 40 seconds. Then turn back on and start again.
