I keep getting the error:error 999 when i try to enter chat rooms...why??

I can get into one room but when I try to change rooms it gives me this error..what can I do about this..Sometimes I can't even get into one chat room before the error pops up....Also have been told that microsoft downloaded drwatson and that i don't need that so how can i get rid of that...could also be the prob...thanks

Yahoo chats are down, give yahoo time to sort it out, they should be back up soon ..
