I had to download old version of YAhoo IM ,and now I cant go in to chat room ..?

Does anyone know why I cant and if I can still with the old IM , is there something I can do ?

Chatrooms are getting really bad because people abuse them by running codes to disrupt others. The older versions of messenger were more prone to problems with people getting "booted" out of session. You can run versions of ytunnel and or log in through java to avoid being kicked out before you're ready to go.

yahoo have changed a lot of things, now you need to confirm your id to be able to chat and u can only do this with the new version.
