Why other user's Yahoo Messanger 10 Webcam stop moving when I view them on my wi-fi laptop?

• I need help about my issue with YM 9 and 10. My webcam works very good and other people could see my cam moving. But, when I view my wife's webcam it would move for a few seconds then, the bandwidth statistics would go down to 7.0 KBits/sec. It would usually starts at around 20-25 KBits/sec. then, it would decrease. We could still use voice call but, her video would not move anymore. I even closed her webcam twice and asked for another permission to view her again. Still, it would move then, it will just stop because the bandwidth is only 7.0 KBits/sec. She still sees her camera moving on her pc but not on my end. Also, she can see my cam just fine and the video feed from my end is ok. Both of us have a fast connection w/ a 2mbps download speed and 340Kbps upload speed. Her cam moves when other YM users view her but, not me. I'm using a new MSI CX420 Win 7 laptop w/ Intel Core i3 2.13Ghz. and with a built in BisonCam NB Pro camera. I also use Internet Explorer 8. I disable my updated Kaspersky Internet Security before I log-in to YM. I have a very good wi-fi connection at home. I also tried viewing other user's camera on my laptop and seems to be having the same problem as well. Also, whenever I use my old desktop Win XP, I could see her cam w/o any problems at all. She can also see my camera feed just fine. Any solution to this problem would be a big help from you guys. I need to see as my wife moving whenever I talk to her. Thanks!
