Why isnt my gravity fone working?!?

Ok so I hav this really crappy old gravity fone. It gets dropped n wet a lot but it always ends up working again. It got splashed with water recently and it hasn't been working since then! I let it dry so long , re put in my battery, and charged it. It is not workingg please helppp!(:
