How To Click A Button In A Popup?

I m getting problem while clickin on "ANSWER NOW" button wht should i do?

well here when m tryin to click on "ANSWER NOW" button i m getting problem ... when i m clickin it .. the Answer page not redirecting but one small popup window opening like this .. --------------------------------------… Title - "Downloading File Index" And in the middle Name : index Type : File From : answers.yahoo.com Open With : Dropdownmenu ("Other Application") Then in the bottom there are four buttons OPEN,SAVE, CANCEL,HELP --------------------------------------… when i click any of the given button OPEN it is not opening .. SAVES its save in .FILE type .. but not openin .. CANCEL .. as usual the option says .. the popup disappers .. AND HELP . .the new WINDOW openin but i havent found any thng there .. its about browsers regarding help .. BUT M JUST NOT ABLE TO give the answers .. WHICH ARE IMPORTANT .. I REALLY WANT TO HELPY EVERYBODY HERE YAAR .. . plzz help me first guys .. and i assure u i will be bang wid the help in responce . thanks in advance .. Mit (India)

Before you can give Answers you have to have an Answers account. Click My Activity at the top of this page, click Edit my preferences. You have to fill in the information on these two pages in oder to have an Answers account. Be sure to click Preview then Okay when you're finished, refresh the page and you'll be all set.
