How do you sign up for window live messenger?

Windows live messenger can't sign in problem.?

Okay,I've got this problem with windows live.It can't sign in !!! After I've entered my e-mail and password, a window saying some "troubleshoot crap" pops up. I thought that I was hacked,so I went to meebo.com where I tried logging in MSN and it worked just fine. Then,at my windows messenger,I tried logging in another MSN id and it worked just fine. What's wrong?please help me! BTW I already did the "command prompt""reset proxy settings" and some others but nothing worked.

Windows Live Messenger has to be downloaded onto your computer. First download the Win downs Live Installation Tool, then the Windows Live. You can find all of this on the Windows Download Page. By the way, forget all the mess you've been hearing about getting hacked. It hardly ever happens and when it does, it won't be to mess with your settings, it will be to steal everything you've ever owned!
