How can I enter to chat room in new Yahoo mail?

I am not getting entry in to yahoo chat rooms. i am not receiving code to enter into chat room. why so?

While I click the address link column that get displayed when i click to enter into a chat room the square box that gets displayed is ought to be provided with the verification code to retype. but i am not provided with the needed verification code to enter. the box is displayed with out this code which ought to be provided and hence i am unable to enter into yahoo chat room. please solve my problem to enter into yahoo chat rooms and please provide me the needed verification code to retype such that i enter into yahoo chat rooms. thank you!
Answer:

The verification code is the jumbled characters you see in the box. Below them is an empty box and you type those letters into it, taking care to watch for upper and lower case letters.
