Yahoo messenger will not open up my email box when I click the link, I get a LONG error message HELP?

I can send instant messages but If i click on the mail box Icon or anything that goes out to the yahoo site I am getting a error message a mile long. And fails to open up at yahoo mail box. I can sign in if I go to yahoo but that is it. Can someone please help. I have checked my firewall
