How come my yahoo messenger won't sign me in?

How come every time i sign in to yahoo messenger it boots me in minutes?

  • If i run the installed messenger 8 it boots me in minutes if i use the webmessenger it doesnt boot me but everyone i talk to says im signing in and signing out repeatedly. my flash player is up to date. my firewall i set to allow yahoo messeneger.. I've talked with my isp and they say thier is no problem with my internet. A friend of mine with a different isp is having the same issue. i have ran this messenger for almost 8 months and this started 4 days ago. HELP PLZ.
