Messenger does not respond?

Why does your messenger help not respond to requests?

  • two days ago i sent a help request through messenger help email. my instant messenger box and icon disappeared when i closed another session. and has not reappeared. they need to reinstall it. so i can instant message. i have received nothing. no confirmation my request received, no reply of any kind. and the problem is not fixed. unfortunately this has been my experience before with messenger help. this needs to be corrected. thanks.

    It could be several problems. Yahoo is having a lot of problems and it is affecting a lot of people in different ways. If you are using IM9 it has a lot of bugs. I downloaded IM7 because IM9 had so many problems. You might need to uninstall the messenger you have and install a different version of messenger. If you need to download older version go here http://www.oldverision.com/program.php?n... Try reinstalling your icon: Right click on your desktop. Select the option New Shortcut. The Shortcut Wizard window will appear. Type : http://mail.yahoo.com/ Press Enter. A shortcut icon for Yahoo Mail will be added to your desktop Hope this helps!!!

Me personally i think yahoo has no idea how to fix yahoo they want us to be on there but disconnected every time we sign in as well as other problems what yahoo needs to do is actually hire some one that is trained i the field some one just to fix everything and not rely on us the users to answer the question and fix the problems they need to so come on YAHOO step up to the plate and show us your worth
