I can sign in yahoo messenger, but how should i contact a person who is unknown to me in a country (say brazi?

One way to meet someone in a foreign country might be in a chat room. To find a chat room. Sign in to Messenger. When your list of contacts comes up, put your cursor on Messenger, in the drop down menu choose Yahoo Chat, then Join A Room. There you will see a list of the rooms that are available..
