I downloaded a newer version of yahoo Messenger and now cant log onto Yahoo messenger at all?

My yahoo Messenger was working okay and now noo matter what version i try to install , my computer is not letting me log onto Yahoo Messenger at all .

Answer:
it gets worse every time they upgrade. Voice chat used to work real good now it hardly ever works. I dont know why they call it upgrading.
