How To Download Chat Box To Mobile?

My yahoo messenger box is blank-help?

  • Yahoo messenger is not in my programs ,so I cant delete it,but it is on my tool bar and if i click on it ,there is just a blank box,it wont download ,it will go to 100 percent ,but then just stalls,this started about 2 weeks ago,someone help me ,please-i can use the chat box ,but i like messenger and web messenger is so slow with this dial up.,Nancy

    Hi Nancy...have you tried the older version of 8.0 at Freecreed.com...there are quite a few bugs in the 9.0 systems and i can't use it because i have 2 firewalls installed for security and I will not allow firewalls off for 9.0.....I can chat, play games, and use my webcam with 8.0 no problem.......also if the program gets to 100 % and doesn't load.....then that is telling me...there is not enough room in your "C" drive to download it.....to fix this problem...do a Disc Cleanup and a disc defragmentation which is located in all programs under accessories > Tools......Once you do both of those operations i am sure the next time you try to download the YM...you will have better results......Take Care............Happy Chatting..........Mike
