How to sign up for toontown test server?

Pls help me....having sign in problem in Yahoo msnger & MSN??

  • When i'm signing in yahoo & msn msnger, it always say this - unable to sign in - Error code -, Extended codes - 8004840f when i click troubleshoot in msn msnger, the test results says everything okay except Proxy server & Key Ports. below it says - failed to connect, this could be due to improper proxy or firewall settings. why am i having this problem?? i can't understand how can i fix it. very very worried.... my google talk is working without any disruption and also i must tell...i am the administrator . my sis is the second user...she is not administrator..but her msn & yahoo msnger is working perfectly....... Pls help me.................... should i reinstall both messenger?? will it work??

    First try signing into them opne after the other instead of BOTH at the same time, I also have trouble if i try signing into both a the same time, and/or using them both at the same time my computer just doesnt preform.

open messenger preferences then connection and try selecting no proxy instead of whats there (usually no proxy with firewall)
