My Computers gone weird! Yahoo, Windows live messenger, Hotmail, everything isnt working properly! please help

on windows live messenger, an error message 800401f3 (i think thats it, i cant open my windows live messenger at the moment) comes up. On yahoo, i can sign in, but when i go to talk to someone a P comes up in the top left corner, and it doesnt show the conversation, i can talk to them but i cant read what i, or the other person is saying. Hotmail just wont open either. Someone help asap please! And i cant answer questions on here, the answer button just isnt there! Its really stressing me out! please help!!!
