I have got Windows Vista Home Premium and I log on to Yahoo and try to get a room category list but nothing?

I have tried for 2 days and nothing no category of rooms pops up it just sits there. Is there anybody out there know of anything to correct this or is it just Yahoo wanting to keep Yahoo Messenger screwed up for everyone with Windows Vista. I was able to on my first day I installed Yahoo on my Vista machine to get the room category list but now nothing it just sits there. Well I hope some admin from Yahoo sees this question of mine and looks into it or unless they already know this is a problem and like another person said about them they are destroying the Yahoo user experience. But oh well I guess its plainly to see Yahoo doesn't really care to correct the problem promptly, they would rather see people just get frustrated with it and use other clients if there is any other out there like Yahoo,but hopefully if there is any out there they are not like Yahoo and they leave well enough alone and let chatters chat with no problems with servers and other associated things like Yahoo gives

This happens all the time, and it's been a problem for a long time now. I have reported it so many times, I cant count, and Yahoo never responds. Yahoo is, quite simply, a bunch of greedy b******* who dont care how poor their service is, as long as they keep suckering in new customers.
